Lorne Sausage (otherwise known as Square Sausage or Sliced Sausage) is one of our most popular products.

Hand-mixed by our expert butchers, this is a Scottish staple at breakfast time, particularly on the weekend!

Pan fry or grill as part of your cooked breakfast, or serve in a buttered roll (very tasty with some brown sauce).

Each block provides approx. 12 slices.
